The last week of April represents the final chance for new car and new truck shoppers to take advantage of a slew of hot rebates and incentives.  The first vehicle on our final April deals list is the 2012 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet mid-size crossover, which features the choice of zero percent financing or $3,000 in cash back.  Next up is the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe mid-size SUV, offered with a strong zero percent financing plus $500 cash back incentive, followed by the 2012 Jeep Liberty compact crossover and its 0.0% financing or $3,000 in factory cash rebates.  The 2012 Toyota Avalon full-size sedan puts in an appearance thanks to the availability of zero percent financing or $500 in cash back, while the 2012 Mitsubishi Galant bats cleanup with its appealing 0.0% financing or $3,500 in cash back offer.

There will be a fresh batch of new vehicle bargains this coming May, so make sure to check back with us next week in order to sample a first taste of what the early summer weather has to offer deal-hunting car and truck shoppers.

2012 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet

The 2012 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet is one of the most unusual mid-size crossover vehicles on the market in the sense that it doesn't have a fixed roof.  The only convertible SUV currently available that doesn't wear the Jeep badge, the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet seats four passengers and delivers a surprisingly high level of standard equipment for those who want to slip behind the wheel of something unusual.

The 2012 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet makes use of the same 3.5-liter V-6 found in the standard edition of the crossover.  Tuned to provide 265 horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque, this unit is mated to a continuously-variable automatic transmission and a standard all-wheel drive system.  Fuel mileage for the CrossCabriolet checks in at 17-mpg in stop and go driving and 22-mpg on the highway.

There is a financing incentive of 0.0% interest or $3,000 cash back on the 2012 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet available until 04/30/2012.

2012 Hyundai Santa Fe

The 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe is a value-oriented mid-size crossover that provides five passenger seating and a healthy 78 cubic feet of total cargo space.  It's possible to equip the top-end version of the Hyundai Santa Fe with features such as heated leather seats, dual automatic climate control and a navigation system at a price that is lower than what might be expected in this segment.

The 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe features a 175 horsepower, 2.4-liter four-cylinder as its base motor.  Also capable of producing 169 lb-ft of torque, this engine is shifted via a six-speed automatic transmission and delivers fuel economy figures of 20-mpg in city driving and 28-mpg on the highway.  It's also possible to upgrade to a 3.5-liter V-6 in the Santa Fe, which brings with it 276 horses and 248 lb-ft of torque while dropping fuel mileage by only two miles per gallon for the highway measure.  A six-speed automatic remains standard, and all-wheel drive is optional with either engine.

There is a financing incentive of 0.0% interest plus $500 cash back on the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe available until 04/30/2012.

2012 Jeep Liberty

The 2012 Jeep Liberty is a compact SUV that offers buyers a decent amount of off-road capability to go with its practical people-moving nature.  The Jeep Liberty can handle up to five passengers and swallow 64.5 cubic feet of gear with the rear seats folded forward, and it features the availability of both Command-Trac II and Selec-Trac II four-wheel drive systems that can step in to help preserve forward momentum when the going gets rough.

The 2012 Jeep Liberty comes exclusively with a 3.7-liter V-6 engine that is good for 210 horsepower and 235 lb-ft of torque.  A four-speed automatic transmission handles the shifting duties for the small SUV, and rear-wheel drive models offer fuel economy that is listed at 16-mpg around town and 22-mpg on the highway.

There is a financing incentive of 0.0% interest or $3,000 cash back on the 2012 Jeep Liberty available until 04/30/2012.

2012 Toyota Avalon

The 2012 Toyota Avalon is a full-size family sedan that is in its final year of production prior to a complete redesign.  There is still plenty of time to snag a great deal on a current-generation Toyota Avalon, which offers a spacious interior, a quiet and comfortable ride and the kind of buttoned-down driving dynamics that near-luxury buyers have come to expect from Toyota's flagship sedan.

The 2012 Toyota Avalon leaves the factory with a 268 horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 under the hood.  This unit, which also churns out 248 lb-ft of torque, sends its output to the vehicle's front wheels by way of a six-speed automatic transmission.  Despite its prodigious size, the Avalon features an impressive fuel economy rating of 19-mpg in city driving and 28-mpg during highway cruising.

There is a financing incentive of 0.0% interest or $500 cash back on the 2012 Toyota Avalon available until 04/30/2012.

2012 Mitsubishi Galant

The 2012 Mitsubishi Galant is a mid-size sedan that is targeted by cost-conscious family car shoppers intrigued by its low base price and the availability of a high level of features in the still-affordable range-topping SE edition.  The Mitsubishi Galant SE delivers a navigation system, a sunroof, heated seats, automatic climate control and a leather-wrapped steering wheel as some of its equipment highlights.

The 2012 Mitsubishi Galant soldiers forward with a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder engine as its sole drivetrain option.  A four-speed automatic transmission is standard, as is front-wheel drive.  Fuel economy for the reasonably roomy Galant shows as 21-mpg in stop and go driving and 30-mpg on the highway.

There is a financing incentive of 0.0% interest or $3,500 cash back on the 2012 Mitsubishi Galant available until 04/30/2012.
