Such shame, then, that few of us can afford such wonderful creations. Jaguar’s to C.J. O’Donnell, executive vice president of marketing and communications, unveils the 2006 XK Victory Edition at the 2005 Los Angeles Auto Show. Until now, niche sports car manufacturer Panoz built one car in two body styles and two trim levels. Called Esperante and offered in both coupe and roadster format, this hand-built American performance machine is now offered in a third variation called GT-LM, which was shown to the press and public for the first time at the 2005 Los Angeles Auto Show.
