What Is The Volkswagen Touareg Sport?

The Volkswagen Touareg is a midsize crossover sport utility vehicle. The Sport trim line is the entry level model, but still includes quite a few standard features. The package includes 18” wheels, Bluetooth audio streaming, Be-Xenon headlights, LED Daytime Running Lights, foglights, and 8-way power adjustable heated seats. For a little more money you can upgrade to the Sport with Navigation trim level, which adds the RNS 850 touchscreen navigation system, a rearview camera, a hands-free rear tailgate, and keyless access with push-button start. The Sport trim line is only available with the 280 HP 3.6l V6 engine. The Sport with Navigation trim is available with either the 3.6l V6 or a 240 HP 3.0l V6 TDI Clean Diesel engine. All Touareg models come with an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels via the 4MOTION all-wheel drive system.
