What is the Nissan Intelligent Key?

The Nissan Intelligent Key is a smart key that allows you to unlock the vehicle without having to physically insert the key in the lock. When you are close to your car, the Intelligent Key communicates with it using radio waves, enabling the sensors or buttons on the car that allow you to unlock the doors or open the trunk. Depending on the vehicle model, once you enter the car, it will detect the key's presence and allow you to start the vehicle by pressing the start button, meaning that you don't have to dig around in your pocket for your keys. Some versions of the system also include the Remote Engine Start System to allow you to start the car from up to 100 feet away.
