The Mercedes Dynamic Handling Package is an optional package available on some Mercedes automobiles that adds a variable damping system, along with some other parts, to make the car better to drive. The variable damping system adjusts the dampers depending on your driving style, road conditions, and the driving mode (sport or comfort). The Dynamic Handling Package also includes special wheels, faster and more direct steering that is speed sensitive, and steering wheel-mounted shifter paddles for the automatic transmission's manual mode. There is even a button that allows you to engage Sport mode with a single press, firming up the suspension, increasing throttle response, and quickening shifts.
