Mercedes mbrace is a system that connects you to your car via your computer or phone, and provides access to roadside and emergency assistance. The mbrace system includes an SOS button for use in emergencies, and also automatically connects you with trained specialists and provides them with your location after an accident. Roadside Assistance is available in case of any issues, and Valet Protect allows the car to contact you if it leaves a preconfigured zone. The vehicle can also be recovered by using the built-in GPS system to track the car. You can use the Concierge and virtual co-pilot services to book a table and then be personally directed to the restaurant.

The mbrace system also includes the ability to send addresses and routes to the system from your computer or smartphone. You can also use your smartphone with mbrace to lock and unlock the doors and map the location of your car in a crowded parking lot. Weather and traffic monitoring keep you updated on current road conditions.

Mercedes mbrace2 includes the ability to set up driving zones online, allowing you to configure the car to notify you if it departs a zone or exceeds a set speed. It also allows you to remotely diagnose problems with the vehicle and includes the ability to add Mercedes-Benz Apps such as Facebook, Financial Services, and Yelp.
