IntelliLink is the infotainment system found in newer Buick vehicles. The system includes everything found in a normal car stereo, including an AM/FM and a SiriusXM radio tuner, a CD player with MP3 playback, and an auxiliary input port. IntellilLnk then adds infotainment features such as a full color high resolution touchscreen display, GPS navigation, USB input, and Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free calling and audio streaming. You can control the IntelliLink system using enhanced voice control, the steering wheel controls, or the touchscreen. Buick has worked with the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers to ensure that the risk of driver distraction is manageable, and they expect that the hands-free control of the smartphone features should reduce distraction and allow drivers to keep their eyes on the road and their hands upon the wheel.
