What Are BMW Ceramic Controls?

BMW's ceramic controls are an optional upgrade for the interior. The option replaces many of the standard plastic or chrome controls, such as the iDrive controller, audio controls, and front and rear navigation controls with real ceramic versions with a black glazed finish. The ceramic gives the interior an even more luxurious look and also makes operating the controls a more tactile experience.
