Total Strangers Compliment the Appearance of This
Pros: Convertible
Cons: No GPS - but that;s what I get for buying a used car.
Bought this car (three years old) and LOVE driving it. I find myself smiling for no good reason while I'm driving around. Why would Toyota stop making such a great car?2004 Solara
Pros: reliability
Cons: pulls to the left slightly
Bought this car new in November of 2003 and it has never missed a beat since. It now has 116k miles on it and I keep looking at new cars but this still has everything I need and still doesn't miss a beat. I'm disappointed that the new cars I'm looking at mostly don't have fold down rear seats ... this is very roomy. They get mediocre mileage ... this gets 22 city, 30+ hwy. Etc.No problems with my 2007 Solara Convertible!
Pros: Fit and finish.
Cons: the left bottom side of the dash layout
Very smooth ride, good road feel, quality of fit and finish is obvious. Engine power is extremely adequate and quiet. Glides on a hi-way. Easily keeps up with other cars. Decent mileage, uses reg. 87 octane. Would definitely buy again. No cons here. Please Toyota make another Solara
Pros: The over all look of the car.
Cons: Under powered
I am a coup guy who loves my Solora. Toyota stopped making them in 2008. Please make them or a replacement. I love the car and would buy another one. I love everything about it, but the paint scratches to easily. I also would like mor power. Over all it's a great car and I would very much like to buy another one.Pros: The way it handles the road. Also the ease of putting the top down.
Cons: A couple of things i don't like are the poor rear visibility. The window is small and the back headrest obstruct the view even more. The rear window control is on the dash behind steering wheel. Difficult to find at night.
Advice: Test drive this car after dark also.
This car corners nicely. Its quiet and smooth but does have some body quivering. The acceleration and braking is good. I find it very comfortable to drive.Pros: A lot of room in vehicle, and sporty looking
Cons: The look of the control panel
Advice: You can look elsewhere but won't get the quality that comes with this vehicle
What a great car! I purchased the SE model and have no regrets. I was looking for a family vehicle but wanted something sporty also. That is exactly what I got. Very roomy and after 20,000 miles, it still drives like its brand new. Would recommend to anyone.Pros: the power seats
Cons: pulls to side
Advice: take it on a long test drive
car pulls to left. i have a 2000 sleV6, 75000 miles. it has been to several different shops including dealership. gave up on correcting problem about 35,000 miles ago. other than that it has been a rock solid, dependable car. just DON'T TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE ROAD!!!
