    2007 Suzuki SX4 - Sport (M5)

    Pros: AWD

    Cons: Not very fast

Advice: Buy one if you want an affordable, safe, somewhat sporty vehicle.

I have only owned mine for 3 days but it sure beats my old car (a 2001 Neon). The features are amazing compared with the price. I love the fact that it is AWD and comes with just about every safety feature available. Its not the fastest car but has sufficient power. I like the look and feel of the car.

    2007 Suzuki SX4 - Sport (M5)

    Pros: AWD

    Cons: Power

Advice: If you want a small AWD, buy one.

There are better choices out there, unless you want AWD with Traction & Stability Control and great gas milage. What other (non-hybrid) AWD gets better than 24/30 mpg? 143 hp does not make this a sports car, but you can safely merge into traffic and keep up. In bad weather you can pass almost everyone on the road. The list of features on the Sport is impressive. The sound system shakes the earth.

    2006 Suzuki Verona - Base

    Pros: Smooth ride.

    Cons: Engine stalling.

Advice: Do not, I repeat, do not buy this car.

Test drove very well at the dealership 7 months ago but since I drove it off the lot it has been in the shop 9 times. The engine keeps stalling at stop lights and loses power when cruising.

    2006 Suzuki Verona - Base

    Pros: Looks nice

    Cons: The performance

    Advice: DONT BUY ONE!

Purchased 2006 Suzuki Verona. It is very sluggish. The car has been in the shop numerous times for same problems, transmission jerks around 20mph, engine light comes on and stays on and car sputters when standing at lights, stalls too, cruise control allows car to take off at high speed and goes past set speed, dealer cannot figure out what is wrong with the car. I highly recommend that you don't look into purchasing one of these cars. The dealer has no clue what is going on, and Suzuki Corporate just keeps making me bring it back to the shop each week. No help from anyone, just a game. They say the dealer has to duplicate the problems, they cannot, yet their mechanic rode with me, he felt a good jerk while he was riding with me, and people riding in the car with me have experienced it. Don't buy this vehicle! I bought it based on appearance and price - big mistake!

    2007 Suzuki Forenza - Convenience (M5) Wagon

    Pros: Wagon convenience, sedan ride

    Cons: 'Loose tooth' shifter knob

Advice: Buy the wagon, get small SUV convenience for half the price

Few true small wagons (not hatchbacks) remain in the market, so I went to test drive one. For the price it is an extremely good deal. People will pay twice as much for a wagon on stilts - a car-based SUV. The car rode well, but the variable steering took a little getting used to. The engine had more kick than I had expected, and the wagon didn't appear any less powerful than the Reno that shares the same engine. For the ultimate bang for your buck, the wagon makes more sense than the sedan or Reno hatch. Too bad people can't see past the stigma. The new model has OBDII as of 2006, so diagnosing any problems will be much easier than it was for 2005 Forenza owners. I've got mine on order.

    2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara - XSport (A5) 4x2

Pros: No keys! Lighted display is beautiful! Awesome sound system.

Cons: Need air vents in back.

    Advice: Great buy!!

Have had several SUVs and this has been the best. It gives better milage(smaller engine of course). Love that you don't need keys on hand. Handles well. I think I got an awesome deal for the price. Best, you can't beat the warranty(no more extended warranty). Test drive it, you'll love it.
