Getting firsthand information from an actual car owner is one sure way to get an idea of car performance once it leaves the lot. Autobytel features real consumer reviews that give the unbiased experience of a car.
Nissan Sentra lists gas mileage 27city/36 hwy. - not true in my experience, lot less esp. city. Secondly, car comes automatically with some "features" that I am not interested in & sure I'm paying for. Thirdly, some features do not work properly, i.e. phone option does not sync up with my cell phone; in "eco" mode my car revs at stops - do I don't use feature; buttons on steering wheel get in the way & accidentally get pressed; I don't need USB port.
I feel the reviews that this car are getting are not accurate. Better than expected. I've had a Honda civic and comparing it to this one, I feel there is no big difference in the way it drives.
This 2005 looks good 10
this vehicle is very conforable to sit in for drives over a 100 miles, and I get and avearge of 30 mpg,
I owned a little civic hatchback that was totaled by a drunk driver. So when I found my Sentra 2.0 SE I was super excited because I knew it had a really tough SR20DE engine. And couple that with a 5 speed manual. So the car is fun to drive and gets 30 MPG easy. Even 12 years after it was made. It has been a great car and now has 170k miles on the odometer and still runs strong. The fact that its a Sedan really sold me since I use it to transport my kids around.
