    2003 Infiniti FX35 - 4x2

    Pros: power and handling

Cons: rearwindow is hard to see and the windshield wiper knob get in the way sometimes

Advice: power and handling is great though you have to sacrifice ride comfortability

Love the vehicle during the test drive and ended up buying the V6 version with the 18in rims. It was also a great deal that was offered and ended up buying it right on the spot. The power and handling was AWESOME...couldn't believe a SUV can handle like this. The biggest drawback though was the ride....though I got the 18in wheels it was still brutal at times. Another drawback is windshield wiper knob which is located too close to the steering wheel....constantly knocking it. Overall, a great vehicle and constantly getting asked and head turns looking at my FX.

    2003 Infiniti FX35 - AWD

    Pros: Overall performance

    Cons: Infiniti leasing

Advice: Hold out for the best deal

A great looking vehicle...I drove both 18 inch wheel version and the 20 inch wheel sport version. The 18 inch wheels and the softer suspension were definitely better. The sport version was very twitchy and bouncy on rough roads, giving it a 'trucky' feeling--not what you want in a sport SUV. From a performance perspective, the car is great. Quick acceleration and sure handling are hallmarks. Interior is comfortable, but rear vision is limited. Infiniti lease rates are quite high, making the value proposition unattractive relative to the competition. All in all, a nice vehicle if you don't mind paying extra.

    2003 Infiniti FX35 - AWD

Pros: memory seat and moving instrument binnacle

    Cons: rear vision

Advice: if you want the suv look to keep up with your neighbors, this is the one to get

I drove the FX35 for a day while my I30 was in for service. Within a few hours my next door neighbor came over to drool over it. At least 2 other people commented on its looks while i had the vehicle. My only complaints would be that the rearward vision is very limited and the exhaust note was a bit pronounced. The onboard computer said i was averaging about 15 mpg. Suspension seemed a bit heavy over bumps and the ride was a bit choppy (maybe I'm not used to truck type vehicles). Steering wheel felt too small in diameter. The view from the drivers seat made me feel like i was driving some kind of Jaguar sports car with a lift kit :S

    2003 Infiniti FX35 - 4x2

    Pros: power & looks

    Cons: price

Advice: Just drive a couple and then drive this one

This suvx was the best of the ones I drove, which were the lexus 330, toyota highlander, mazda tribute, gmc envoy and chevy tahoe. Better ride, bigger tires, MORE power, it sure turns heads, on the road or in the parking lot

    2003 Infiniti FX35 - AWD

    Pros: Acceleration and handling.

Cons: Gas mileage on the highway is lower than what I was expecting. On two 300 mile trips, I averaged 19.2 MPG....

Advice: Make certain you like the ride with the 20 inch rims. They look nice but ride a little rough.

Both the V6 and the V8 perform great! I ended up getting the V6 as the performance from that is still much better than most other vehicles on the road. Plus the highway MPG is supposed to be much better than the V8. The handling is excellent, though a little twitchy on the highway with the 20 inch rims. I think the 18 inch rims offer the better ride (I have the 20 inchers). The transmission and engine are synched together quite nicely when shifting at either slow or high acceleration. This is my seventh 4WD/AWD vehicles since 1976 and this is the most fun with one that I've had. I don't need a large cargo or people hauler anymore, just big enough for 2-4 people and their stuff, and this fits the bill perfectly.

    2003 Infiniti FX35 - 4x2

    Pros: Power and Handling

    Cons: Drivers seat

Advice: make sure the seat control does not rub you raw

This car is a real head turner, every one I pass from 8 to 80 looks at it, the power is awesome. performance and handling is top notch. GPS and DVD is a must. Beware of the drivers seat. one trip of 300 miles had my leg in pain due to the electric seat controls that are built in to the seat rubbing against my leg, the lack of seat padding does not help either... Infiniti will not help with this, they recommend sitting on a cushion...Not exactly what I want to do.

    2003 Infiniti FX35 - AWD

Pros: Apperance, 280HP, Handling the road.

Cons: Back windows is little bit small. Power windows and lock position is not convinent.

    Advice: Test drive it.

This is an excellent crossover SUV. The handling of the road is great. I test drive the Lexus RX330, SAAB 95, Infinity FX35 is the best. 280HP is just great experience. I love my FX35. Test drive it, you will love it.
