Getting firsthand information from an actual car owner is one sure way to get an idea of car performance once it leaves the lot. Autobytel features real consumer reviews that give the unbiased experience of a car.
Pros: Heads-up Display and the rest of the car!
Cons: The cup holder
Advice: Drive as many cars in this class as possible
I test drove the car one Saturday in June and I was hooked. It has to be the fastest and best handling car that I ever owned or drove and I have had many, from the muscle cars of the sixties to now. The acceleration is unbelievable. The handling is something that you have to experience to really appreciate. The Z06 rides somewhat stiffer than the convertible and Coupe but thats to be expected from a car of this caliber. I have seen complaints about this on other reviews, but in defense of the Z06, I have to say if you want a smoother ride and a sports car, than consider the coupe or convertible. All in all if your looking for the ultimate sports car and you don't mind dropping $50 grand test drive one and I think you'll be hooked too.Pros: The interior design
Cons: The lights.
Advice: Make the humps slimmer.
Dont worry about what i think for this matter.Pros: heads up display
Cons: I can't find anything wrong yet!
Advice: Expect great finance rates from Chevy
This car is one great machine! A real head turner with its great looks. This is the car to get if you are performance oriented and want a pure American muscle car. You will be very satisified for years to come.Pros: Convertible top
Cons: None
Advice: Buy the Convertible... it is so much fun.
This car is amazing. It provides the performance of the Ferarri 355 Spyder for 1/3 the price. It has more confort and is far more reliable. The quality is excellent and the gas milage on the highway (27 mpg)is great. Quarter mile times of 13.1 seconds, top speed of 174 mph for only $54,000.00, WOW!!!Pros: appearence
Cons: wish it was faster
Advice: send it to lingenfelter for a supercharger
This car makes you look for an excuse to go anywhere! Too much fun!Pros: Telescoping steering wheel
Cons: Cargo privacy skirt
Advice: Drive comparable vehicles
This is my second Corvette and its better than the first. The 'heads-up' visual imaging provides greater safety. The telescoping steering column provides greater driving comfort and allows the driver to tilt the steering wheel lower for more comfort. Stability and road handling have been enhanced creating a very comfortable ride, yet quick as a cat when necessary. I test drove a Viper, Jag and Accura NSX. The Vet won.Pros: HUD
Cons: Radio
Advice: If you're doing alot of city driving
Prepare yourself to get sucked into your seat. This car gets up and goes. Love doing hill and mountain driving as it is glued to the road. Then hit a straightaway and let it loose. At 120+ mph it is effortless. First and second gears are a blast, 50 and 80 mph at 6k rpm. Radio has poor reception. Get the 12 cd changer. Best sportscar for the buck.
