The Toyota Sienna minivan is in its third generation, and for the 2015 model year, the Sienna got a mid-cycle update, consisting of both an interior and exterior refresh as well as some new standard features. On top of that, the Toyota Sienna still boasts the best cargo capacity in its class, and tops the list in some other key criteria as well. Brian Williams from Toyota gave Autobytel the details on all of the new characteristics of the 2015 Sienna. The Sienna’s design team made most of its changes based on customer feedback. The blockiness of the old Sienna has been smoothed out, resulting in an overall sleeker appearance. A new antenna provides more subtlety, and the taillights are better integrated into the back. Higher trim levels get new projector beam headlamps that provide better lighting quality as well as a more modern look. Even better, an upgrade to the Limited Premium gets height-adjustable HID front lamps. Each trim level also gets a unique front grille design. A backup camera is now standard on all Sienna models and a power liftgate comes standard on certain trims. In higher trim levels, the cloth interior has been swapped out for standard perforated leather. The 2015 Sienna is rounded out with best-in-class cargo capacity, class-leading third row legroom, and an updated infotainment system.
