Pros: Vehicle size
Cons: This vehicle has a large gas tank
Advice: I would recommend the purchase of a toyota camry to others.The toyota camry is an excellent car. The only problem that I have noticed is that if you are running the ac and have the car radio on when you go to turn off the ignition, there is a loud boom sound that occurs. I have complained about this to the beltway toyota dealership and was told that they could not find the reason for this.
Pros: Smooth engine
Cons: Uncomfortable seats
Advice: Look at buick, better features and performance at a lower price.I expected a little more from the 192 hp engine. Smooth shifting, and steady braking. Lots of room in the back, a little tight on the drivers side shoulder room area. I wish the steering wheel would tilt down more. The seats seemed to hurt my back even after a 20 min test drive. For the features you get the price is a bit too much. Toyota seems to put a lot of stock in their reputation and charges accordingly.
Pros: Best look ! compare to all the irrational design & oversized Domestic & Import
Cons: Name it anying except Camry to put it out of 'sounds cheap conversation'
Advice: buy before Toyota changes this name to Luxury & Charge more$$ Like LexusNever thought that you'd have to put out so little to drive in Luxury-Line..looking good also.. for the standard it has almost everything : Comfortable ride & quiet(even with v-4) in most road .I drive twice a month from LA to SF plus 120mi daily ; Sound is good even better with a little improvement from myself will beat out the preium sound they offer; Interior is very well lay out approaching the old MecBenz design & better (soft & quiet to touch ); exterior is very well finished better than my wife's avalon by little ;
Pros: Engine and overall quality.
Cons: Two year old body style but still better then most sedans.
Advice: If you plan to keep a car for a long time this vehicle should provide years of hassle free driving.Quiet engine and cabin. Very comfortable ride. Fun to drive. Ample room for all passengers especially in rear. More than new Camry. I expect first 100K to be trouble free. The car has a proven history for reliability. Has all the options you would want including many safety features of auto's much more expensive. Great fuel economy, 21 city -29 highway on regular gas. Good trunk space.
Pros: Great on gas
Advice: Get ready to fall in love.Actually purchased a Camry and really like it great on gas, first road trip got 565 miles on one tank of gas.
Pros: CD/Cassette/Radio Sound
Cons: Brakes give the feeling of not wanting to come to a complete stop.
Advice: Love it as much as I do! Although I'm having a bit of a problem with the weekend Service Mgr...All Toyota Personnel have been terrific to work with!Test drove a 6-cyl. Avalon and, whoa!, it was too fast (after previously owning a Honda Accord). Then drove the 4 cylindar Camry which was very smooth, plenty fast enough, and had better control. I Bought it! Then...got my first EVER speeding ticket (at 52 years of age) while driving home from the dealership...clocked driving 67 in a 55! Where was that donut shop when needed? Very quiet, smooth, comfortable seats, and great leg room for this 5'10' lady. Love the sound system! I Just LOVE this car!
Cons: IT GET DIRTY FAST
Advice: IT'S ONE OF THE BEST CAR THAT I HAD.WILL I HAVE A CAMRY 1998 LE, IT'S RUN VERY WELL. I KEPT THE MAINTANCE UPDATE CHANGE OIL ON REGULARILY. I WANT TO UPDATE MY CAR TO 2002 CAMRY LE. THIS VEHICEL GIVE GOOD PERFORMANCE ON EVERYTHING.
