WHAT A REAL SUV SHOULD BE WITHOUT THE SACRIFICE O
Pros: Rear view camera, stereo, convenient cargo area made of durable materials
Cons: I do not like the radio tune button that is sooo far out of reach. Also, the gas pedal is too touchy, especially in reverse.
I bought this 4Runner LTD in April 2010. No problems so far. Avg MPG is 19. Driving on the highway is comfortable, as is in the city too. All time 4WD is great combined with locking differential if needed. Seats are comfortable, gauges & buttons are very intuitive.Awesome vehicle
Pros: Very stable handling of the Limited model.
Cons: Absolutely no complaints
This 5th generation of the 4Runner is the best ever.EXCELLENT SUV
Pros: The GPS/USB interface/JBL sound system
Cons: WHile getting 19-20 mpg on average, more would be better!
We bought our 2010 4Runner Limited a few months ago as a pre-retirement vehicle for me, being only a few years away from that. In the time we've owned it, our 4Runner has provided us with comfort, luxury and, for an SUV of its size, reasonable fuel economy (19-20 mpg on average). While we haven't as yet gone off-roading, we're confident that it will perform admirably off-road as it has on-road. Great truck. Great value!Thin
Pros: Nav
Cons: Bluetooth offline more than on
awd limited with nav. doors and hood flap in breeze. Everything else is perfect afetr 3500 milesPros: The Nav system and the sound system are incredible.
Cons: There isn't anything about this vehicle that I would classify as liking the least.
Advice: If you can afford it
We've had our Limited (Blizzard white pearl finish with black interior and leather seats) for one-month and have enjoyed driving it in the city and on the highway. We have friends who also own 4Runners and they've enjoyed their vehicles as well. We will be taking it off-road in the next two weeks and look forward to having fun with it in the dirt. The mileage computer display has gotten up to 24.6 mpg on the open road while using the cruise control and no A/C. On average, we've gone from 18.5 mpg per tank to 19.9 as of today. I think I can squeeze a couple more mpg out of it over the next few months. Great SUV!
