$2,010 Price Cut For The Standard Model, $4,620 Price Cut For The Advance Model
Toyota is going crazy on us by announcing price cuts for the 2014 Prius Plug-In. The standard Prius Plug-In will now cost $29,990, a drop of $2,010. The upper-level Advance model will cost $34,905, a drop of $4,620. Prices don't include a destination charge. The Prius Plug-In will qualify for a Federal Tax Credit of up to $2,500 and if you live in California, a $1,500 rebate from the state's Clean Vehicle Rebate Program.
With those price cuts, Toyota is also adding more features to the two trims. The standard Prius Plug-In will get heated cloth seats and Remote Climate, a system that allows customers to activate the A/C system remotely. The Advance model gains Toyota's Entune infotainment system with navigation, an eight-way power adjustable driver's seat, and a heads-up display.
