Subaru Announces Pricing For The 2014 XV Crosstrek Hybrid

Subaru announced the pricing for the 2014 XV Crosstrek Hybrid that will be arriving at dealers towards the end of the year. The base model will start at $25,995 (doesn't include $825 destination charge) and includes a 2.0L four-cylinder Boxer engine mated to an electric motor and a 13.5-kW nickel-metal hydride battery pack. Total output stands at 148 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. A CVT routes the power to all four wheels via Subaru's Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system.

Standard equipment includes a 4.3-inch screen showing energy flow of the hybrid system, LED taillights, backup camera, heated front seats, and heated exterior mirrors.

The top-trim Touring model will start at $29,295 (doesn't include $825 destination charge) and adds a 6.1-inch touch screen with navigation, automatic climate control, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and remote start.
