Subaru’s Linetronic CVT is standard on the Legacy 2.5i Premium and Limited, Outback 2.5i Limited, and optional on all other models. A more powerful 3.6L six-cylinder boxer engine that is paired to a five-speed automatic is standard on the Legacy and Outback 3.6R Limited.
Changes for 2014 include the Legacy and Outback 2.5i Premium models getting the All-Weather Package (heated front seats, heated side mirrors and windshield wiper de-icer), 4.3-inch display audio system, and a four-month trial of SiriusXM satellite radio as standard equipment. Also, Premium models now get Subaru’s EyeSight system as an option.
