    2005 Scion xB - (M5)

Pros: Gas mileage and roomy interior

Cons: No power seat option and interior lighting is poor - only one dome light!

Advice: Don't expect luxury - expect afordability and fun.

The test drive is what sold me. I tested my friend's Xb in the morning, purchased one in the afternoon. The ride is firm, but heavy and smooth - unlike most compact cars. If you're dumping your gas hog SUV (like my 99 GMC Suburban) then load it up with creture comfort extras, like arm rest, cruise, leather, floor mats, etc. I've even added a second dome light up front (an aftermarket must have if you want to see anything inside the cabin at night) Reminds me of my old Ford Festiva - you can load a boxed washing machine from Home Depot in the back! This is a fun car to drive - not to mention the gas mileage. Expect to see more SUV to Xb middle-aged converts (like me) on the road!

    2005 Scion xB - (M5)

Pros: Eccentric styling is just the best!

Cons: I've sat here for 5 minutes thinking. Can't think of anything I don't like.

Advice: It is not a sports car. It is for strutting and being different.

OK, let's be objective here. It IS an economy car, not a sports car. Still, handling is very good and not top-heavy as the car looks to be. Acceleration is what youwould expect from an economy car. Fit and finish is Toyota...it does not get any better. Features are outstanding for a car this price. My version is a Release 2. Bright yellow. Cannot get lost in a parking lot. Stereo is very good. Objectivity tells me it is a great value! And gets more looks than almost anything on the road.

    2005 Scion xB - (M5)

    Pros: privacy glass,interior exterior color,dash,carpet,smoothhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Cons: Cant find a new one to purchase LOL!!!!!

Advice: I like all the Scions but this one has room,

Just purchased 05 XB,polar white, auto, mats, door sill guards. Traded in my 99 Tacoma TRD for this and still have my 98 lifted wrangler. I like the smallness of the xb but its way roomy,stylish,120miles on quarter tank, black interior is cool. Its fun to be lower i like the standard wheels and tires, pioneer cd. Much funner than the 03 corolla ive been driving. Its a cool slow crusier. Some ask if i have a BMW X2? It was the XB or New Accord i was going to purchase the scion dealer got two in last night and both sold by eight hours lucky me jumped on it.

    2005 Scion xB - (M5)

    Pros: roomy interior

Cons: salesmen aren't overly enthused: no bargaining, and their commission is rather small on the Scion, so you won't get much help out of them.

Advice: it handles better than you'd think from its appearance.

Needed a new car, and hadn't purchased one in a long time. Our needs were something with decent gas mileage, and ability to carry things. Scion was the one car that far exceeded our expectations when we went to test drive. It handled well, had decent power (for our needs), and came in a stick (harder to find these). It handled corners better than I thought, and was fun to drive. Newness and Uniqueness factor, combined with the inexpensive price, made choosing the Scion a fairly easy choice.
