Advice: Buy one of the best, last, dent- free made in USA cars ever.
2100 miles in 2 months. No problems so far. Really smooth and good handling with enhanced performance package and 2.4 liter engine. Transmission is smooth and well matched to engine. Love the XM radio and OnStar with turn by turn directions. Very easy to get the little girl in and out of the backseat with the quad coupe doors. -

Advice: Don't buy this car.
I've driven the car over 5,000 miles now, and it is terrible. The gas mileage is a dismal ~28.5 even though it is driven mostly highway miles and is supposed to get up to 35 mpg on the highway. Pretty much everything about the car has been a disappointment: gas mileage, dependability (towed back to dealer with 700 miles on it), interior design, interior quality, the paint, driving responsiveness... -

My Ion handles great, gets great gas mileage and it look wonderful. This is my first Saturn and it's been a great experience. The dealership treated my like a valued customer, not just a dollar sign. -

This is my first Saturn experience. I've bought 3 new cars in the past and there is nothing like going into a Saturn dealer and being treated like a friend and not a dollar sign. I bought a Saturn ION 3 Sedan with leather, 2.4 performance package with the Saturn Advanced Sound System. This advanced sound system package is definately worth to op for the fuel mileage is well over 30mpg. I compared the Honda Civic, Toyota Corrola and the Chevy Cobalt. The Saturn ION has better handeling, more power, and good fuel economy to beat any import you put up to it. Especially for price, quality, and dealership experience. I paid 16,200.00 I bought the car at Saturn of Clearwater, Florida. Jack Peck and Matt Finch totally exceeded my expectations of the Saturn Experience. I fully recommend this Saturn Dealer of Clearwater, Florida. I drove over a 100 miles just to buy the car there. -

I just purchased my first Saturn-Ion approxitmately a month ago and I must say that I'm very impressed with this vehicle. What is considered standard options with this car is extra on other GM models(ON-STAR; hands free cell phone; GPS; and XM-radio). The gas mileage is very good. Styling is good as well is the ride. Plenty of front room for the driver and front passanger. Back seat area is a little limited on leg room but all in all it's a very nice vehicle.
