2008 Porsche Cayman S, an exhilarating ride!
Pros: the sound and the fury
Cons: nothing
I wish I could always have a two-seat porsche coupe in the garage. Unlike other high-end sports cars, it is an everyday, albeit thrilling, ride. Great stereo system, but the rumble of the engine is the best music. The Cayman S hugs the road with tremendous torque, keeping you firmly planted on the ground at any speed. The mid-engine provides front and rear trunk space, enough for luggage or a shopping spree + groceries.Pros: Exterier Design
Cons: Very Little dealer Discount
Advice: Make sure you get the sport chrono package
Probally the Best looking Porsche to Date for the money.Handling is Tight and responsive will out corner Any car I have driven.I bout this car after I test drove It and after nearly 1 year I am addicted !! After market touches make it even Quicker and better lookinghands down best looking sports car out there for under 100KPros: The look and the overall feel
Cons: Would like to have a few more horses, but this can be achieved with after-market additions
Advice: Do not buy if you are just going to drive it around town-this thing needs to be DRIVEN on open roads also.
Very fun and very fast. Need to get yourself some upgrades to make it sound better and look sharp, which means an after-market exhaust (Tubi for example) and some alloy rims. Not for 'large' people! Space is tight but cozy and secure feeling. This car hugs the road like no other! And it turns some heads-from the admiring ladies and envious guys.Pros: Tight responsive handling.
Cons: Bose system is not all that great
Advice: Don't buy a lot of options
Tight, crisp, responsive, on rails, steering. Adequate acceleration and very good gas mileage for a car in this performance range if you stay off heavy throttle use. Hard to do. Just plain fun to drive. Have 1500 miles so far on new 2007 Cayman.Pros: dashboard crono to time yourself.
Cons: seats
Advice: Cayman S has more power
The seats are ok but not the ultimate in confort, The car is set up for speed if you want confort or long drives this car is not it. The handling is suberb specially at high speeds, cornering rocks. I do have a second vehicle so this is my Sunday car, I would not recomend this as a primary car specially for long drives.
