excellent car, runs excellent and is very light, gasoline yield seems pretty rendidor as it has a very strong engine , luxury and comfort certainly in addition to the excellent sound that comes equipped
Could use a bit more oomph
Pros: Sound system (6-Disc changer), Lowness of ride, MPG
Cons: Plastic materials, Acceleration on 2.5L
Now, I must say that I have the 2.5L 4, so that is probably why the car takes a bit of time to merge with freeway traffic, but still, I find it annoying. Quality is great, especially the leather on the seats. Interior has a lot of plastic materials, some have broken off (cruise control button, latches on center compartments). Sound quality is amazing. I was considering installing subwoofers in the trunk - but Bose came through for me, showing off their great bass and sound quality. I will say, tho, that I would have liked to see an MP3 plug somewhere in the car. Overall, it is a reliable car. I average 24mpg, up to 31mpg on the freeway. Looks pretty smooth on outside. It is larger than its previous generation - which is always welcome. I bought mine used, but had I had a say in color choice, I would have picked a white, silver, or black - just to have more options in customization. I have the dark red.Pros: I like the roominess of this car. I'm a big guy, 6'4' 250# and have plenty of leg and head room. My 15 year old son is 6'3' and can sit in the back seat (albeit behind his mother) with plenty of leg room too.
Cons: Although I realize that the engine is a 2.5 litre 4 cyl, I wish it had just a little bit more 'umph' from take-off.
Advice: Buy this car, especially if you use it everyday for work, you're a tall person and you need good gas mileage. Besides, it looks great!!!
Since I had an 2002 Altima for an insurance rental, I was already impressed with it when I went to purchase one.Pros: V6 engine
Cons: nothing
Advice: BUY IT
What to say. A lot of people dont like the interior but mine looks great! V6 is great but if you want to save the 4 cylinder will do you nicely. Love the handling and the heated seats are great for long drives. Sun roof is great for hot days but a little complicated to work. The dash can be a bit much to look at. Test drove automatic and manual and loved them both. Smooth changes in the automatic and in the manual the gearbox is easy to navigate, not too narrow. If you want comfort and safety, as well as the benefit of owning the road for an affordable price, buy it!Pros: I like the look and the comfort
Cons: The price
Advice: I love this car. I would definitely buy another Nissan.
When I test drove it and feel in love. The way that it pick up in speed so fast was great. It feels secure and it is comfortable to drive.Pros: nissan altima 2002
Cons: nissan altima 2002
Advice: I just love the design
I did not test drive it but my eyes like it and I want to see if I can have it so this is the reason why I look to see if I* can find a less expence one to buy you are going to do all that you can to find me one under ten thousands if you can find it I will be able to buy itPros: The CD and 6 speakers
Cons: The small side view mirrors
Advice: get the V 6 Engine
the car drives well and fairly smooth. It stops on a dime without tires squeeling. It is quiet on the inside of car when driving on the freeway.
