Good but not great
Pros: Climate control.
Cons: Check engine light always on,never any problem foundComfortable, good ride, expensive to maintain, very nice on long trips'
good car, effective for long distance taveling
Pros: good handling
Cons: issues with rain and electrical problemsliked the car alot, until it gave a few problems in major rainstorms, but that is to be expected. Traveled alot with some llong distances, volvo gave a clean ride the whole way.
COMFORTABLE 4 SEAT CONVERTIBLE
Pros: seats and overall appearance
Cons: sticky window op buttons, slow roof opening/closingExcellent value elegant and most comfortable which in spite of its age still turns heads. The reliability and feeling of safety is 'VOLVO' The only problem are sticky window winder switches and steering, which needs frequent lubrication. The power roof is very slow, compared with peer group.
Safety and sleek
Pros: Looks very stealth-like.
Cons: Nothing to share.Love my car. Handles well.
V50 Sport Wagon
Pros: Auto Stick shift feature
Cons: seat adjuster for passenger seatOutstanding vehicle in both quality and performance. I have 150,000 miles on this vehicle and it has better fuel economy now than when it was brand new. Averaging 29-30 mpg hwy and 25 city for the last 20,000 miles. The 5 cylinder engine is potent and plenty of power for highway driving. Handling is superb and the car corners like it is on rails. Only area that might be improved is the adjustment for the passenger seat. A bit clunky for such a nice car. This car is well made and is still quiet and squeek free after 150K miles. The car looks and drives like a sports car and still has the functionality of a small wagon. Seats are comfortable and provide great lumbar support.
Wonderful Blend of Convertable & Hardtop
Pros: Convertable Top
Cons: The cost, but it is a great value.I have owned many convertables over the years, but this is by far the best! I am a person who normally gives out average ratings on everything, but this superb automobile deserves the rankings I have given it. If you want qulality, convenience, style and comfort the Volvo C70 delivers!
Not bad at all
Pros: Driving it
Cons: fuel mileage, turbo lagI could nitpick the C30 to death, especially the crowded center console; but the overall driving experience is great. It is a competent touring vehicle for long, or short, distances and it is NOT a sports car. Very comfortable at 75 to 80 mph (where permitted by law:). Even for commuting, it makes you want to take the long way through the country side. I do regret not buying one with a manual transmission. Would I buy another one? Yes! In fact....
