Pros: 6DISC CD
Cons: NO TRUNK SPACE FOR WHEN YOU GO ON VACATION
Advice: ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOUI GETTHIS IS THE FIRST SUZUKI I HAVE PURCHEASED AND I LOVE IT, MY CHILDREN LOVE THE FACT THAT IT HAS THE THIRD ROW SO THEY CAN HAVE SPACE, MOST OF ALL WE CAN ALL GO OFF IN ONE CAR INSTEAD OF DRIVING TWO. I REALLY ENJOY YHE SUNROOF THAT CAME IN THE ONE I HAVE PURCHASED OVERALL I THINK IT IS A GREAT SUV AND WORTH THE MONEY, IT IS VERY SPORTY AND ROOMY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I CAN SAY I AM READJUSTING TO THE GAS SITUATION. BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS I WAS DRIVING A 4CYC. ME AND MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOY THIS XL7
Pros: 32rd row of seats (cramped but good for kids in a pinch)
Cons: No standard alarm system
Advice: It's a buyThis is my third Suzuki. The others ('87 Samurai, '97 Sidekick) were very reliable. My '02 XL-7 is the best of the bunch and I have operated it trouble free for the past 3 years.
Pros: The third row seating
Cons: fuel economy
Advice: This is a great buy.It was smooth and no real bumps while driving or even turning on some bumpy roads.
Pros: nice looking vehicle
Cons: easy to tip over
Advice: not to buy onemy son was driving this vehicle up a hill going into walmart in clearfield, pa roads were damp, back end started fish tailing & my son tried to straighten it out, and it went into other lane spun around facing down the entrance and flip over on its side into a ditch. too easy to tip & will not own another suzuki xl-7. my son was not hurt but could have been deadly. so far there is 8,000.00 worth of damage.
Pros: 3rd row seating that folds down, too.
Cons: My AC compressor went out one month before the 3 year, bumper-to-bumper warranty expired. Keyless remotes have been replaced twice under warranty, too.
Advice: Great drive, good features, lots of room for kids and storage-a great buy all around.I've had this SUV for over 2 1/2 years and still love it! It drives great. It's the perfect size for family, animals, or anything you want to haul around. My model, the V6 Touring package with 4x4, was a great deal at 18,000 with only 3,000 miles on it used. I shopped online until I found exactly what I was looking for and this was it!
Pros: steering wheel mounted controls for stereo
Cons: fake wood grain dash
Advice: You get everything most other companys have as optionalHas plenty of power and will turn on a dime. Overall you get the most bang for the buck.
Pros: overall body style and price compared to other's in it's class
Cons: The leather seats have little tiny pinholes in it and when something is spilled it goes in those holes and clogs them up. Makes seats look nasty. Also the seating capasity is small. When they advertise 7 adults they should include the word 'small'.
Advice: Beaware of the seating compasity. Maybe 7 'small' adults. No leg room at all. Not recommended for large families. The trunk area has plenty of storage space, but the front and back seat area is tight, especially if you have children's car seats. The Suzuki XL-7 drives really great. It drives and rides real smooth. I've rode in Tahoe's,Rodeo's and Toyota's and it rides a lot better than those. It is easy to handle and easy to get in and out of small spaces. Overall, it is a good riding vehicle.
