    2006 Honda Ridgeline

    absolute best vehicle ever

Pros: its under the bed trunk with a two way tailgate.

    Cons: gas mileage

great vehicle to drive going forward, backing up and getting close is a touch harder but i just park in spots i don't have worry about. it's comfortable, roomy and drives like a car but is a truck used for truck stuff. knew honda was designing a truck and was fairly sure they'd hit a home run when they came out with it and they did. gas mileage and sight lines are only negatives but i knew that when i bought it. by the way nothing like the under the bed trunk, no more golf clubs inside the cab. a good truck for new york's weather.

    2007 Honda Ridgeline

    Best Pickup In Any Category

    Pros: Smooth ride and handling

Cons: MPG - then again it is still a pickup

The Ridgeline drives and handles like a sedan. Smooth and comfortable. Cabin room is huge with plenty of room for 5 full-sized adults. Trunk/ice chest in the bed was a cool idea. Oil change intervals vary based on driving habits but are easy to schedule thanks to computerized Maintenance Minder in dash. Averaging 6k miles between changes. More truck than most people will ever need unless you work in construction.

    2006 Honda Ridgeline

    Great vehicle

Pros: Dependability and the in bed trunk.

Cons: Power windows are not as fast as I would like.

I have put 150,000 on my Ridgeline since purchasing it new in Jan. of 2006. I have followed the recommended service schedule and the only thing that ever went wrong was the A/C blower motor and it was covered by a recall. It is comfortable and performs great. The mpg around town is 16 to 18 mpg and have gotten (when following the speed limit) as much as 25 mpg. Usually on the road I get @ 20. I have pulled trailers on occasion and the truck sits up extremely well and also performs well. I have only used the 4WD a few times and it did a great job. I recommend this truck and would buy another one but plan on keeping this one for at least 300k miles. The in bed trunk and two way tailgate are great features and the back seat configuration is wonderful for storage as are all the interior storage compartments.

    2008 Honda Ridgeline

    I call it my SUT

Pros: The trunk and the fuel economy

    Cons: auto door locks

I love my truck. Some of my friends call it a half a truck because of the short bed. I had a Honda Odyssey van which I used as a truck a lot, but it wasn't tall enough to haul some things or I didn't want to put dirty stuff in it. The truck doesn't fit long stuff in the comfort like the van did, but it will take them with the tailgate down, and tall stuff isn't a problem. Comfort is superior to any other truck I have ridden in. Took it from Maine to Montana and it got 20 mpg at 75 mph which was great in my book. Plenty of room in the backseat for people, and the in bed trunk is great for putting groceries or camping stuff.

    2009 Honda Ridgeline - RT

Pros: Driving the vehicle; manuverability and steering and quiet

Cons: Windshield wipers get buried when it snows. But you have the heated windshield!

Advice: If you have a rv, check your CGVWR. Even though it will pull a small rv or popup without any problems

Bought New in Nov 2009. Came from Ford and Chevy Trucks. Perfect Truck for the private owner man who hauls some firewood, camping gear, deer hunt, pulls your small rv and even haul your motorcycle. A inbed trunk to lock your valuables(chain saw, luggage, tools etc..), The two-way tail gate is nice for getting into the trunk or in/out of the bed. 4 Cargo lights give plenty of light, 8 tie-downs in the 5 foot bed are nice items. Purchased the bed extender also for storing loose items in the bed or when tailgate is down. A multi-use vehicle for the dad to do chores and haul kids. Drives nice, plenty of pep, hungs the road without leaning and tons of storage. Has a 5000 lb towing ability, transmission cooler and rv hookup, plenty of power to pull small rv or popup. I would say make sure you check the weights rv + vehicle CGVWR. I pull a small rv rated at 3000 lbs and only added a sway control and pulls just fine. A very nice vehicle for the price and Honda dependability reputation. Built in USA, rolled off the line in Feb 2009 in Lincoln, Alabama.
