MPG
Pros: seating is comfortable
Cons: noise in steering wheel when turning. GM says not a problem as of now. But is to me..
MPG is above the listing miles on HWY. Smooth riding. Lots of storage in trunk and under rear seat. Love the fold up and down rear seats.nice Car
Pros: Drivability - Comfort - Gas mileage
Cons: Motor - 3.4 V6
I don't like antifreeze in the oil and GM knowing and doing nothing about it !Nice car but the seat comfort is very bad ,It seem like the bottom of the seat is to short. I hate taking long rides in the car. It's roomy enough for 2 people but not a family of 4 even though it has 5 seatbelts. The power is good execpt for when you get on it you can loose control of the car because of the power tork in the steering.
Cons: chevy support
40,000 miles and tie rod went bad, 50,000 miles water pump went out, at 55,000 speed odometer went haywire, then intermediate steering shaft went bad. chevrolet was notified about speedometer and steering because of safety issues, this is happening to a lot of chevy owners and they refuse to correct it. I am sorry to say, but I bought a toyota and it has given me no proplems. Why should chevy have a recall and fix there defective products, they dont care about the customer they will get there bail-out money.Pros: onstar
Cons: no pwer seats
Advice: none
overall this is a great car .really like the features, and how in handles on the road.Pros: The interior design.
Cons: The slight tug at the wheel when you stomp the gas.
Advice: Drive it like you stole it.
This car is a beast. I know everyone talks about it not being a rear wheel drive but it gets the job done with the fronts. I guarantee that people will change there minds int the near future when they witness the power of the new ss impala. As far as the down part is the tug at the steering wheel when you stomp the gas, but you shouldn't stomp the gas pedal if you are not ready to unleash the beast.
