October is almost over, but before we get to the holiday sales that await in November there are still plenty of rebates and incentives to take advantage of on new cars and new trucks.  Kicking things off is the 2013 Hyundai Genesis full-size sedan and its offer of 1.9% financing plus $1,000 in factory cash rebates or $1,000 total cash back, followed by the 2013 Buick LaCrosse mid-size sedan and its zero percent financing or $1,500 cash back deal.  Next up is the 2013 Ford Expedition full-size SUV, which pairs zero percent financing with $1,750 in cash incentives and also offers the choice of a whopping $5,500 in cash back.  The final two vehicles on this week's list are the 2013 Toyota Avalon full-size sedan (0.0% financing or $1,000 cash back) and the 2013 Chrysler 300 full-size sedan (zero percent financing plus $750 in factory cash back, or $3,250 total cash back).

Make sure to come back next week when we'll be closing out October's deals and bringing you a fresh list of rebates and incentives to be had on brand new vehicles.

2013 Hyundai Genesis

The 2013 Hyundai Genesis is aimed at full-size luxury car seekers who are more concerned with feature content and comfort than the badge that's on the hood.  The Hyundai Genesis delivers a class-competitive premium ride as well as a long list of equipment that includes several advanced technologies.

The 2013 Hyundai Genesis is initially offered with a 3.8-liter V-6 under the hood, and this 3.8-liter unit is good for 333 horsepower and 291 lb-ft of torque.  Upgrading to the 5.0 R-Spec model introduces a 5.0-liter V-8 that pushes out 429 horses and 376 lb-ft of twist.  Both motors come with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and fuel mileage for the V-6 leads the way with a rating of 18-mpg in city driving and 28-mpg on the highway.

There is an incentive of 1.9% financing plus $1,000 cash back or $1,000 total cash back on the 2013 Hyundai Genesis available until 10/31/2013.

2013 Buick LaCrosse

The 2013 Buick LaCrosse is a great-looking premium sedan that tends towards the large side of the mid-size spectrum.  The Buick LaCrosse is known for its very quiet interior as well as its roomy backseat and smooth suspension design.

The 2013 Buick LaCrosse provides the choice between hybrid and gas-only drivetrains.  The base eAssist model combines a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder engine with a small electric motor to produce a total of 182 horsepower and 172 lb-ft of torque.  Fuel mileage for this setup checks in at a respectable 25-mpg around town and 36-mpg on the highway.  A much more robust 3.6-liter V-6 is also on hand to produce 303 horsepower and 264 lb-ft of torque, as well as offer the extra wrinkle of optional all-wheel drive.  Both versions of the Buick feature a six-speed automatic transmission.

There is an incentive of 0.0% financing or $1,500 cash back on the 2013 Buick LaCrosse available until 10/31/2013.

2013 Ford Expedition

The 2013 Ford Expedition is a full-size, truck-based SUV that delivers excellent towing capacity (9,200 lbs) thanks to its body-on-frame design.  The Ford Expedition can also haul up to eight passengers or 130.8 cubic feet of cargo (when the extended-length EL trim is selected).

The 2013 Ford Expedition is available exclusively with a 5.4-liter, V-8 engine.  This unit has been tuned to provide 310 horsepower and 365 lb-ft of torque, output that is managed by a six-speed automatic transmission.  A four-wheel drive system can be added to the Expedition's equipment list as an option, and fuel mileage for the large SUV shows as 14-mpg in city driving and 20-mpg on the highway.

There is an incentive of 0.0% financing plus $1,750 cash back or $5,500 total cash back on the 2013 Ford Expedition available until 01/02/2014.

2013 Toyota Avalon

The 2013 Toyota Avalon is an all-new full-size sedan that provides a more engaging driving experience than the previous generation model.  The Toyota Avalon is also interesting to look at, something that couldn't be said for its smaller-on-the-inside predecessor.

The 2013 Toyota Avalon is matched with a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that produces 268 horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque.  A six-speed automatic transmission feeds the front wheels of the Avalon, and fuel mileage for the sedan is listed at 21-mpg in stop and go driving and 31-mpg during highway cruising.

There is an incentive of 0.0% financing or $1,000 cash back on the 2013 Toyota Avalon available until 11/04/2013.

2013 Chrysler 300

The 2013 Chrysler 300 is a near-prestige full-size sedan that comes in a surprisingly wide range of configurations.  A classy family car that can also provide solid performance at higher trim levels, the Chrysler 300 almost qualifies as a Swiss Army knife in its segment.

The 2013 Chrysler 300 benefits from the installation of a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 as its base engine, a unit that can be counted on to provide up to 300 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque.  For those who require more grunt, the 300's 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 is willing to step in and shoulder the load with its 363 ponies and 394 lb-ft of torque.  An eight-speed automatic transmission is mated to the six-cylinder Chrysler, while the Hemi features a five-speed autobox.  Both motors can be had with the option of all-wheel drive, but the rear-wheel drive Pentastar offers the best fuel mileage (19-mpg city and 31-mpg highway).

There is an incentive of 0.0% financing plus $750 cash back or $3,250 total cash back on the 2013 Chrysler 300 available until 11/03/2013.
