With November well underway, we’ve managed to scope out the new car and new truck rebates and incentives scene and bring you some of the most appealing deals out there in our weekly round-up.  Our list begins with the 2014 Ford Mustang sports car and its choice between zero percent financing combined with $1,000 in cash back, or $2,500 in total cash back.  Next up is the full-size 2014 Kia Cadenza sedan and its offer of 0.9% financing or $1,500 in cash rebates, followed by the 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe full-size sedan and its available 0.0% financing or $2,000 in factory cash.  The 2013 Buick Encore compact crossover brings 1.9% financing or $500 cash back to the table, while the 2013 Toyota Prius compact hybrid ties things together with its choice of either zero percent financing or $1,000 in cash back.

We’ll be back next week with another look at new vehicle rebates and incentives, so make sure you check this space again in seven days time.

2014 Ford Mustang

The 2014 Ford Mustang represents the final year for the current generation of the iconic pony car.  The Ford Mustang is available as both a coupe and a convertible, and it offers retro styling that will be toned down in the next edition of the automobile due out next year.

The 2014 Ford Mustang starts with a 3.7-liter V-6 engine that generates 305 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque.  A six-speed manual transmission is standard while a six-speed automatic is available as an option, and fuel mileage for the six-cylinder mill checks in at 19-mpg city and 23-mpg highway.  The Mustang GT features a 5.0-liter V-8 that is good for 420 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque, and it maintains the same transmission options.

There is an incentive of 0.0% financing plus $1,000 cash back or $2,500 total cash back on the 2014 Ford Mustang available until 01/02/2014.

2014 Kia Cadenza

The 2014 Kia Cadenza aims to provide luxury at an affordable price for those who need the space that a full-size sedan provides.  The Kia Cadenza is of the plush-and-pillowy school of premium cars, favoring a soft ride over sporty pretension.

The 2014 Kia Cadenza is motivated exclusively by a 3.3-liter V-6 that has been tuned to provide 293 horsepower and 255 lb-ft of torque.  The front-wheel drive Cadenza is shifted via a six-speed manual transmission, and it returns fuel efficiency figures of 19-mpg in stop and go driving and 28-mpg on the highway.

There is an incentive of 0.9% financing or $1,500 cash back on the 2014 Kia Cadenza available until 12/02/2013.

fallback

2014 Chevrolet Tahoe

The 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe has long been the go-to SUV for those who need its combination of exceptional interior volume and strong towing capacity.  The Chevrolet Tahoe can haul up to nine passengers or 109 cubic feet of cargo, and it also offers the ability to tow as much as 8,500 lbs of trailer weight.

The 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe’s standard 5.3-liter V-8 engine churns out a healthy 320 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque.  A low-range four-wheel drive system can be added to the Tahoe as an option to give it legitimate off-road capability, and a six-speed automatic gearbox is included free of charge with the SUV.  The Chevrolet’s fuel mileage is listed at 15-mpg around town and 21-mpg on the highway.

There is an incentive of 0.0% financing or $2,500 cash back on the 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe available until 12/02/2013.

fallback

2013 Buick Encore

The 2013 Buick Encore is a bit of an outlier, a compact crossover that is packed with luxury features.  Designed to offer an exceptionally quiet and insulated ride, the Buick Encore can seat five passengers and features 48.4 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear rows folded forward.

A 138 horsepower, 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder represents the only engine option available with the 2013 Buick Encore.  Also capable of generating 148 lb-ft of torque, the Encore’s motor is yoked to a six-speed automatic transmission regardless of whether it is found in front-wheel or all-wheel drive trim.  The Buick’s fuel mileage shows as 25-mpg city and 33-mpg highway.

There is an incentive of 1.9% financing or $500 cash back on the 2013 Buick Encore available until 01/02/2014.

fallback

2013 Toyota Prius

The 2013 Toyota Prius is the most popular hybrid car on the market, and despite its compact size this hatchback offers good day-to-day practicality.  The Toyota Prius can be loaded up with a decent level of luxury equipment and it features acceptable interior room for up to five passengers.

The 2013 Toyota Prius makes use of a hybrid system that combines a 1.8-liter four-cylinder gas engine with a pair of electric motors.  Total output for the Prius is 138 horsepower, and when underway it returns fuel mileage of 51-mpg in city driving and 48-mpg during highway cruising.

There is an incentive of 0.0% financing or $1,000 cash back on the 2013 Toyota Prius available until 12/02/2013.
