The 2014 Ford Expedition offers full-size SUV shoppers with a traditional truck-based workhorse that can haul up to eight passengers. The Ford Expedition can also be counted on to stow as much as 130.8 cubic feet of cargo (EL edition), as well as tow 9,200 lbs.
The 2014 Ford Expedition is motivated by a 310 horsepower, 5.4-liter V-8. Also capable of generating 365 lb-ft of torque, this motor is shifted via a six-speed automatic transmission and returns fuel mileage of 14-mpg in stop and go driving and 20-mpg on the highway. Four-wheel drive can be added to the Expedition as an option.

The 2014 Buick Enclave is a full-size premium crossover that provides a quiet, luxurious, and stylish environment for transporting a surprisingly generous number of passengers. The Buick Enclave can transport as many as eight individuals across three rows, and can also swallow 116.3 cubic feet of cargo with those same accommodations out of the picture.
The 2014 Buick Enclave features a 3.6-liter V-6 as its standard engine. The Enclave benefits from 288 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque from this motor, giving it enough strength to tow up to 5,000 lbs. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard with the Buick, all-wheel drive is optional, and fuel efficiency for the crossover is listed at 17-mpg around town and 24-mpg on the highway.

The 2013 Kia Sportage is initially outfitted with a 2.4-liter, 176 horsepower four-cylinder engine. Also capable of generating 168 lb-ft of torque, this unit returns 21-mpg city and 30-mpg highway. An upgrade is available in the form of a 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder motor rated at 260 horses and 269 lb-ft of torque. Transmission choices for the Sportage include a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic, and all-wheel drive can also be added to the crossover's options sheet.

The 2014 Jeep Patriot is one of the smallest Jeeps in the brand's lineup, presenting compact SUV shoppers with an affordable off-road option (if properly configured at ordering time). The Jeep Patriot provides five passenger practicality, along with 53.5 cubic feet of interior storage for camping gear and other assorted luggage.
The 2014 Jeep Patriot offers the choice between two different four-cylinder engines. Its entry-level 2.0-liter produces 158 horsepower and 141 lb-ft of torque, while a more robust 2.4-liter is good for 172 horses and 165 lb-ft of twist. Transmission choices for the Patriot include a five-speed manual and a six-speed automatic, although the 2.4-liter adds the wrinkle of a continuously-variable automatic for four-wheel drive models. Fuel mileage for front-wheel drive versions of the Patriot - regardless of what engine is installed - shows as 23-mpg city and 29-mpg on the highway.
