2002 Mitsubishi Lancer - LS
Pros: She drives like a big go cart. Lotsa fun!!
Cons: The center consule is both too low and not long enough. Can't rest right arm on the console and touch the steering wheel. I am trying to find an aftermarket something? to set on top of it to make this more comfy on longer drives.
Advice: I heard next year a bit larger engine is in store. Get a better price.
This car handles quite well around the twisty roads in my areas. 40 mph curves be had at 65. Road noise is average. Verry roomy! Pretty good CD sterio. The engine doesn't really kick in till 3000 rpm. Then its fair. It's loaded up pretty nice. I did think it is a bit pricy. I paid $15,897. I would have been happier at about $1000 less, but still it's a well built car and if it's pretty much trouble free to 100,000 miles I'll be more than happy with the price. -

Cons: Lack of get up and go in higher gears
Advice: OZ rally edition excellent all around car
The OZ rally edition is beautiful inside and out...eye catching exterior and interior. Excellent handling very good gas mileage, due to 2.0 engine 4 cyl. The ONLY thing disappointing to me was my old car (1987 2.0 liter 4 cyl Honda Prelude) has more get up and go. This to me is still pretty trivial with all included accesories. Lancer is brand new in the US, gets alot of attention, especially with the Yellow color/rear spoiler. Very happy with this car. -

Pros: Rally package.
Cons: Exhaust system.
Advice: Take advantage of the Mitsu offers. Get the OZ Rally package(it's worth it).
This car is fun to drive. It's got fantastic handling and great pick-up for it's class. It's got a great look on the outside (spoiler a must have!) and under the hood it's just as pretty. It's also suprisingly roomy for a car it's size. (Hey, you try and put a 6'4' guy in the back seat of your car, I'm serious it worked) It's a great car for in town and highway driving. He has manuverability and the get-up-and-go to do either. -

This car has great getup and go! Stops on a dime and is very comfortable. Very roomy.
