Lots of fun in a 4 door sedan

I really like my 05 Mazda 6, it's quite peppy even though acceleration is a bit harsh and the 6 speed auto transmission is great even though I didn’t like it at first but now I’m a convert. Braking and handling are very good for a car this size, but it is a front wheel drive and you can only do so much with FWD. My only complaint would be a little more interior room, my boys are now in their teens and getting tall enough to be a bit cramped in the back seat…- Recommend this vehicle to a friend? Yes

Cons: NOTHING AT THIS TIME
BOUGHT A MAZDASPEED3 WITH A MANUAL TRANS AND ITS EVERY THING I HOPED FOR. I ENJOY SHIFTING SMOOTHLY EVEN THOUGH IT IS A CHALLENGE. I HAVE CARS WITH AUTO TRANS AND THEY TAKE YOU TO A TO B, BUT ARE NOT FUN OR ENGAGING. IM 75YRS OLD AND DO NOT GO FAST BUT ENJOY DRIVING THIS CAR.- Recommend this vehicle to a friend? Yes

Fun to Drive
Pros: Performance, styling, heated leather seats
Cons: Gas milage would be better if I would slow down. :-)
For some reason, the 2006 was a great model year for the Mazda 3s. It was well-built, affordable, and just a solid vehicle. The performance and handling makes it a great deal of fun to drive around town or basically any winding road. The ride is definately performance tuned, which means that it is a little rough at times. Also, the performance meas that the gas mileage is not what it should be. But the fun factor more than makes up for it!- Recommend this vehicle to a friend? Yes

Pros: Styling , not just the same old lines.
Cons: availablity of 17 inch snow tires
