2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata Debut

The 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata was revealed on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, live from Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. This is Autobytel's exclusive video of this historic reveal.

The new MX-5 is reported to be 3-inches shorter and 220 pounds lighter than its preceeding model. Mazda has engineered the MX-5 Miata with SKYACTIV technology to increase gas mileage and has redesigned the new roadster utilizing its aggressive KODO "Soul of Motion" design language.
