TheMazda5 is a four door six passenger midsize people mover that combines all the practicality of a minivan with sliding rear doors, second row captain’s chairs and third row seating, all in a much more compact, stylish and practical package than the competition.  All Mazda5s are powered by a 2.5 Liter four cylinder that produces 157 HP and 163 lb-ft of torque mated to a either a six speed manual or a five speed automatic with Adaptive Shit Logic and manual shifting mode which is good for an estimated 21 MPG in the city and up to 28 MPG on the highway.  The Japanese automaker from Hiroshima offers the Mazda5 in three trim levels: Sport, Touring and Grand Touring.

The entry level Mazda5 Sport starts at $19,625 and comes with a cloth interior as well as a six speaker AM/FM/XM/CD/MP3 stereo with auxiliary input jack and optional six disc in dash CD changer and wears a set of 16 inch shoes.  The next step up is the Mazda5 Touring, which rides on a set of 17 inch rims and gets upgraded with halogen fog lamps and a roof mounted spoiler, while the one touch power sliding glass moonroof is available as an option.  On the inside, the 5 Touring comes equipped with a leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob with chrome trim as well as Bluetooth hands free connectivity; all starting at $21,625.

The top of the line Mazda5 Grand Touring comes equipped with high tech convenience features like HID headlamps, rain sensing windshield wipers and a moonroof; all standard.  While the interior is even cozier than before with leather wrapped heated front seats and an in dash CD changer standard, as well as an anti theft alarm to provide peace of mind for your insurance provider; starting at $24,025.
