This is my second CX-5 & I love this one ever more than the first! Noticeable upgrades to technology & engine performance. With a flip of a switch you engage the selectable Sport Mode which makes the car more fun to drive but the down side is it's a bit harder on gas. I had checked out the new CX-3 in hopes of saving a bit of money but the interior is substantially smaller and when you're over 6', as I am, that's a big deal! A fun & reliable car. Worth a test drive!
Not good under rocker panel finish, but has been mechanically reliable
This Mazda is the best performance SUV on the market. The power is beyond proper now. Pay for the 2.5L you will smile every time you drive it. Also, the Bose & Sunroof package is a must. My prior car was a 2007 Mazda MX-5 GT, and the CX-5 is way faster. The CX-5 should be on the top of your list.Zoom-Zoom.
I was driving an SRT8 Challenger when I bought one of these for my wife. After driving it 700 miles in a day, realized that I had no back pain, had really enjoyed my drive and got a fuel economy of 32.5 mpg! On cheap gas. i loved my power car but it was low, costly and loud even with the super stereo fitted it was nothing compared to the awsome Bose system in the Mazda. I switched and have enjoyed over 16,000 miles in it, and although small in size my 6 foot 6 inch son fits in without problem.
Feels promising.
