Owned it now over 7 years and like my 3 before never had to go into shop for any type of repair. No body builds them like Lexus. Mercedes tries but falls short and BMW just isn't as comfortable on a trip--sorry little brother. IT looks good okay. My Mercedes cost $800 every 15000 mile average(in the 80's) service fee, my Lexus is NOTHING like that can use anybody to change the oil et al and keep the warranty. -

Pros: Turning radius
Cons: If you don't have a cooler between the rear seats, the space exposed when the rear armrest is in the 'down' position is a little unattractive.
Advice: Lexus doesn't have to sell this car... ...it sells itself:Just drive it - you'll see!!!
I read where Mercedes is changing some of its leadership in attempt to catch this 'moving target' of quality. Does that not say it better than any thing? -

Pros: performance... it's fun to drive and the spacious back seat
Cons: that the doors in the back seat stay locked until i release them or the passenger manually unlocks them
Advice: it's a great vehicle...you can't miss!

This is perhaps the most refined vehicle on the road. I have owned Mercedes S classes and Bmw 7's before and this is by far better. The quality is better and the attention to detail is simply unsurpassed. The acceleration is thrilling -

We drove 500 miles in this vehicle about 2 weeks after we bought it new. We were extremely pleased with everything, including the gas milage. With mostly highway driving it avaged 27.5 MPG which is better than a GS300 we owned previously. this car is absolutely suberb. A dream. -
