    2003 Kia Rio - (M5) Sedan

Pros: My favorite features are it's sporty look and allot of options for an inexpensive vehicle.

Cons: I wish cruise control was an option.

Advice: My Kia dealer allowed me to test drive the vehicle for 2 days. Get out in it and drive your regular day. You'll love it.

I was hooked from the first time I drove this vehicle. It 'felt' right and was very comfortable.

    2003 Kia Rio - (M5) Sedan

Pros: My favorite feature is the well thought out ergonomics of the car.

Cons: The lack of an available cruise control.

Advice: Dont accept the first offer. Kia will dicker.

The Rio performs far better than one would expect from a small car. In fact it has a real tendency to be going faster than is perceived by the driver and until used to the car one must closely moniter the speedometer on the highway. At near 6ft and over 250, I ride in comfort, something that can't be said of a number of purportedly larger compacts.

    2003 Kia Rio - (M5) Sedan

    Pros: chap price

Cons: the passengers side din't have an armrest

Advice: good cheap car if your not an enthousast or have 13 kids it's a good car

My cousin bought a hyundia accent 2002 which is the exact same as the kia rio 2003, except for slight appearances. It is only about 10,000 bucks. It drives fine, the cars do pass him up on the big hills becuase the 4 cylnder 1.6 liter engine just can't do it. BUt if comparing this to a Honda civicDX its practicly the same. THe DX is only a 4 cylnder 1.7 liter. If you are the cool kid at highschool and you have to drive a truck or a honda then go away but if your debating weather you want to buy a 30,000 Suv, or a 10,000 car, 10,000 entertainment system, and pay of a few debts this car is perfect. Or if your just a kid like me its a reachable car. Don't uy a used car! It may seem like it is a lot cheaper but with all the new parts it certinly isn't. My dad bought my sister a 1988 honda prelude si2.0 with 4 wheel steering, not drive, but steering. he has spent about 10,000 on repairs and a new paint job. The cars value through a private party is only 2,200. And now we need a new mufler. so trust me and buy this car, it works, remember, a car is a tool not a toy.

    2002 Kia Rio - (M5) Sedan

    Pros: Smooth+quiet ride

    Cons: A little underpowered

    Advice: GREAT CAR!

What a great car! This is my first car and with limited money, appeared to me as a great value. I test drove it and it was one of the smoothest and quietest cars I have ever driven! I would highly recommend this car to anyone!

    2002 Kia Rio - (M5) Wagon

    Pros: smooth ride and quiet

Cons: no power windows offered on 2002 models

Advice: Buy the Cinco over the sedan. It is much better.

I was surprised when I test drove the Rio Cinco with a manual transmission. The car was extremely quiet and smooth. Performance was fine. I bought it at a highly reduced price and am very pleased with this car. It is far better than I conceived. The smooth ride and lack of wind noise are amazing. The seats are comfortable and supportive. I found that the Cinco seems totally different from the sedan models. It is of higher quality and much more quiet and smooth. After many months of owning my Cinco I am still pleased. All my friends love this car and are amazed at its value and refinement.

    2002 Kia Rio - (M5) Sedan

    Pros: price

Cons: front comfortable, but back seat not roomy enough

Advice: great car for the price

The dealership was very helpful. The only complaints I've had, is the 'new car' odor and that the windows do not completely close (all 4), it does not rain in but the wind noise. I've had my car for 17 months and it has never been in the shop.
