Still in the market
Pros: a lot of load for the money and warranty is excellent
Cons: cigarrete ashtray in the console
Im still looking for a car and this might be the shoes your in, when you are reading this. I've test driven traverse, pathfinder, pilot and cx-9, if you notice all the cars im looking for has a 3rd row, traverse is realy weird will never buy, pilot is too much money for the load comparable to veracruz, right now im down to the cx-9, vera cruz and path finder, pathfinder has a rebate right now of 2500 so the price becomes comparable and cx-9 has a price special, all 3 after rebate is about 26k-27kClass leading Vehicle
Pros: Favorite feature(s) - Ride and Handling.
Cons: Black numbers/letters on a blue backlit panel - very difficult to view in daylight.
Owned a Chrysler T&C for many years before an accident took it away. The latest models were designed from the inside out and have no style. My wife purchased a Hyundai Sonata and we are both impressed with every aspect of this vehicle. I saw the Veracruz, and was immediately smitten by the esthetics. A test drive pushed me over the edge, and I can't remember when I made a better automotive decision. My only problem is how quickly I'm racking up the miles. Once behind the wheel, I don't want to get out - it's that much fun to drive.Pros: the whole vehicle
Cons: the seat
driver seat too far forward,,built for those people under 5 ft. 6 inches,,seat needs to be able to move rearward 4 more inches...head rest tilted was too far forward..otherwise a great vehicle,, DRIVING COMFORT IS IMPORTANTBest Vehicle I've Owned
Pros: automatic windshield wipers
Cons: more cup holders
I can't say enough good things about the Veracruz. I absolutely love the car and have owned it for 2 1/2 years. You can't go wrong with it in any way.Best Vehicle For the money
Pros: The style of the car
Cons: gas miles
One of the bast vehicles that I have owned would buy another onePros: The interior.
Cons: Have not found that yet
Advice: Do your homework.
I love to drive the car and hope to make many vacation trips in it. Everyone that see's the car are taken by the interior trim and all the extras. The car with tax and del. cost was less than 35,000. I have owned 2 Hondas in the past and if this car is anywhere near to them I'll be very pleased. I couls have purchesed GM for 6,000 more and not had all the options, but to be honest Ford was the only U.S. brand that I could consider.Pros: Smoothness and the incredible stereo
Cons: Want brighter headlights, but that is minor
Advice: Test drive it last and always compare
This is the second Hyundai I own and after having my Santa Fe for a few years, I am not surprised. The SUV rides so smooth, the road noise is non-existent, the interior is awesome, features inside and out are fabulous, and the price was thousands lower than anything else. All of this with a great warranty. I must say that dealerships do make the buying experience good or bad also, so consider this with the purchase. Do your homework and test drive this vehicle last that way you will appreciate what it has to offer just a little more.
