Pros: Fold-in mirrors
Cons: Gas mileage could be better. Wattage of bulbs used in key areas like the trunk, map lights, etc. Just not 'white' enough
Advice: This in not your father's Oldsmobile. Considering a Bimmer, Mercedes, Lexus or Infinity? Check out the Azera firstJust turned in my XG350L to the manufacturer due to a Lemon Law issue with the airbag light continuing to illuminate. Accepted a '06 Azera Limited as a replacement. WOW! what a difference in these two automobiles. It's like night an day on styling, comfort, features and ride. The features I especially like are: Rear window screen Fold-in outside mirrors Door locks on the driver AND front passenger side Express sun roof open/close and tilt Express driver and passenger front window controls Trunk release under trunk lid Speed sensitive steering and volume control Still can't figure out why Hyundai did not offer the fold-down outside mirrors when in reverse or the driver side seat pushing back when you press on the emergency brake and take the key out of the ignition. These were features on my XG350L.
Pros: Luxury ride. Comparable to the Lexus LS430.
Cons: No running lights.
Advice: A must look. Luxury car without the price.Smooth acceleration, responsive and very comfortable.
Pros: 8 air bags
Cons: no nav system available
Advice: Outstanding valueGreat Car
Cons: Radio - Should be Touch Screen with more options
Advice: Buy itI test drove this vehicle and it handles and performs excellent. I have owned the Azera for 6 months and the only problem I see is the mileage. I'm only averaging 15-16 mpg City and 22 Highway where they state the mileage at 18 city 28 highway
Pros: easy-out feature where the driver's seat repositions itself on ignition/off
Cons: needs better carpeting
Advice: Run, do not walk, to your nearest Hyundai dealerI traded a 10 month old KIA Amanti for this car.... took a serious hit on depreciation (expected) but I had to have it! Looks, performance, handling, comfort, materials...all as good as anything up and including the ES330. Most importantly, I look good in it! Seriously, it seems that everyone in an Amanti is somewhere between 60 and death..... I felt like an old man driving it, as comfortable and quite as it was, but the 26% increase in HP and slightly better mileage as well as options like tilt & telescope wheel, adjustable pedals, rain sensing wipers and sunshade made the decision for me.
Pros: The ride
Cons: not having enough reliability data
Advice: do not buy an altima or a v6 camry without test driving azera.Absolutely smooth ride. Drive it to believe.
Pros: the preprogrammed seat and steering wheel adjustments
Cons: the sunroof seems like it doesn't close all the way
Advice: Buy the limited, it's worth the extra cash!We looked at the Chrysler 300 and the Kia Amanti. Neither car held a stick to the Azera. Amazing ride, handles like a dream and the interior appointments on the Limited are second to none. My mother has a Lexus and this car is nicer. We are so happy we bought this car. Our friends laughed when we told them we paid $30K for a Hyundai, yet when they saw the car, they gasped with amazement.
