2016 Chevrolet Volt - Premier
I got the Volt after owning a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I loved the Fusion but I had wanted a Volt when they were having all the trouble with the battery. Most or all of the problems have been corrected in the 2016 and I now prefer the Volt. My EV miles have done nothing but go up (65 right now). The ride is almost as good as the Fusion. The car is fun to drive and it exceeds everything they promise in performance. A bit more room in the back and power seats would improve it.

2016 Chevrolet Volt - LT
We own a 2014 Volt and love it. I did not buy the Volt for gas mileage. I bought it because it is the car of the future. The electric motors drive the wheels directly. So, It does not have a "transmission" . You do not have to worry about getting stranded if the battery gets too low. Because the gas engine will start and run an electrical generator. The gas engine does not charge the battery The only maintenance in over 2 years has been oil changes for the gas engine. we plug it in at night.

2015 Ford Focus - SE Sedan
We bought a 2014 focus fresh off the lot. Day 2 transmission started slipping called dealer they said was a self learning transmission to give it 1000 miles, well 3 tows, after being total stranded, 10 months and about 500 phone calls to Ford and the dealer later. We have a $25000 yard ornament. Ford says there is nothing wrong its just the way it is. I stops pulling, smokes, lurches forward, and more. It is a VERY unsafe car, Ford doesn't care. Google focus transmissions and start reading!!!!!

2015 Ford C-Max Energi - SEL
The C-Max Energi is very comfortable and very quiet. I love the plug in ability, I drive mostly around town so I average 75 miles a gallon. This is because I have a very short commute and usually go under 20 miles a day so I can go the whole day on electric. If it was only a Hybrid and only got 40 miles per gallon I would still love the car. It seems like a luxury car that gets very good fuel mileage. The car has a lot of windows and that is great except it heats up really fast in the sun.

2015 Hyundai Veloster - Turbo R-Spec (M6)
Love my Veloster for heavy traffic situations especially. Can maneuver in and out of traffic with plenty of pickup and great top-end speed too. Just wish it had that fourth door as an extra convenience factor. Great little ride!
