Getting firsthand information from an actual car owner is one sure way to get an idea of car performance once it leaves the lot. Autobytel features real consumer reviews that give the unbiased experience of a car.
Advice: Buy itThis is the most beautiful car that I have ever owned. The performance and handling exceed my expectations and I love it more every day.
Pros: The only good thing about the car is the design
Cons: The car
Advice: Don't buy this carI bought a 2003 T-bird with hard top and soft top. The car leaks when it rains. Ford motor co did a buy back and gave me a 2004 t-bird. This car also leaks. This is the worst car I have ever had and would not recommend anyone buying. Anyone buying this car is asking for trouble. I have wasted 40,000 dollars on a car that is nothing but a big problem. Ford motor co is selling a look and not a car that has any value.
Cons: top does not retrackable correctly
Advice: NoneGreat veh
Pros: Craftsmanship of the car. No detail is overlooked.
Cons: An interior assit handle for exiting the car would have been nice, since the seats sit low.
Advice: Some transmission issues have been reported in the new models try, to buy one that has more than 200 miles on it to insure the transmission has passed the break in point. You won't want to give it up to have anything repaired once you have it!This car is best described as graceful. The power of the engine and overall weight are nicely balanced by the interior comfort features and town car style handling. The first car I've owned that I look forward to getting into everyday. And you can't beat the attention it generates from everyone. Now is a good time to buy with prices below MSRP and the 2002 custom colors of Desert Sky Blue and Mountain Shadow Gray still avialable. Next year's offerings of Merlot and Hunter Green are a bit disappointing.
Pros: red and black int
Cons: transmisson went out at 1300 miles!!!!!!
Advice: buy with the the hardtop very pricie to buyI love the the way the t-bird looks and drives turns heads every where!!!
Pros: Sporty looks
Cons: Dealership sales department
Advice: Shop outside of Fort Walton BeachOnly got to sit in it in the showroom--salesman would not give us the time of day to take on a test drive unless we convinced him we were ready to buy. My wife and I were very disappointed and surprised of the dealership's attitude towards customers, especially the military in this area of the state.
Pros: STYLE AND THE ATTENTION IT RECEIVES ON THE ROAD.
Cons: BLIND SPOTS
Advice: BUY NOW .... I BOUGHT IN MAY 2002 AND PAID 5,000 MORE THAN CURRENT DEALS ....... NOVEMBER 2002.FLOATS LIKE A BUTTER FLY ..... A TRUE LUXURY CRUISER. THE CLASSIEST CAR ON THE ROAD.
