2018 Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid - Touring
Got the car 1/2. Honda says it can go 48 miles on electricity we've driven it 56 miles and still had two bars left. This was without a/c or heat. Two major faults: there is a partial blind side warning system. Only if you turn on the right blinker can you see if anyone is there. IT DOES NOT SHOW ANYTHING ON THE LEFT SIDE! There is also no rear cross traffic alert. We had to have these added at our expense. The car itself is a joy to drive. Honda should have included these full safety features.

2017 Chevrolet Volt - LT
Bought my 2nd Volt and love it even more than the first! updates to the interior are great. like the new antennae and the extended range. I've already recommended it to friends!

2016 Ford Fusion Energi - SE Luxury
I have 13,000 miles and have had no problems. It's a solid well-built, well engineered car. Yes, the trunk is small. I've learned to pare down to the basic essentials. And you can fit two large suitcases on their sides... but don't plan on much more. My Ford dealer is right beside my gym, so every day I get a fast charge that keeps my mileage well above average - 136 mph. I owned a 2016 Honda Accord that gave 38 mpg; but, the front seat legroom was tiny. The Fusion is MUCH roomier.

2016 Chevrolet Volt - Premier
I got the Volt after owning a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I loved the Fusion but I had wanted a Volt when they were having all the trouble with the battery. Most or all of the problems have been corrected in the 2016 and I now prefer the Volt. My EV miles have done nothing but go up (65 right now). The ride is almost as good as the Fusion. The car is fun to drive and it exceeds everything they promise in performance. A bit more room in the back and power seats would improve it.

2016 Chevrolet Volt - LT
We own a 2014 Volt and love it. I did not buy the Volt for gas mileage. I bought it because it is the car of the future. The electric motors drive the wheels directly. So, It does not have a "transmission" . You do not have to worry about getting stranded if the battery gets too low. Because the gas engine will start and run an electrical generator. The gas engine does not charge the battery The only maintenance in over 2 years has been oil changes for the gas engine. we plug it in at night.
