    2004 Dodge Sprinter Van 3500 - Long Wheelbase

    Pros: Space

    Cons: Dodge's favorite answer - it's operating as designed!!

    Advice: Does 'Lemon' mean anything??

    Now have 6500 miles on this vehicle used for plumbing and had way to many problems for this low mileage. Some of the problems, 1) 2 EGR Valve replacements, 2) Front brakes replaced and continue to growl (I am now told by Dodge this is normal, 3) rear door hinge broke, 4) A/C hose blew, 5) Speedometer is off by 6% which Dodge says is normal, 6) Recall on tire valve stems, 7) Transmission leak. Dealer has been good about trying to keep up, but manufacturer (actually Mercedes) accepts growling brakes and inaccurate speedometer as normal.
