Cons: Gas mileage
Advice: Buy something else. Chrysler does not respond to problems. We bought this car according to the gas mileage it stated. Chrysler Co is dishonest about this vehicle.
Pros: distinctive styling
Cons: gas mileage could be better, but driving habits do affect results!
Advice: Go for it! It's a fantastic vehicle! The Pacifica handles extremely well. This vehicle gives you three vehicles in one. Comfort and convenience of a luxury car... SUV capabilites and three rows of seating like a minivan (although definitely not a van!)I absolutely love my Pacifica.
Pros: style, ride, interior and exterior appearance, power rear hatch
Cons: Could use a little more power and a little more head room in the third row
Advice: Get all of the options that you can afford. They make the vehicle even more enjoyableI can't believe how smooth this suv drives. I purchased a touring model fully loaded with every conceivable option. The gas mileage is good for an suv, I'm getting 18 mpg. I love driving the vehicle, the fit and finish are great. I get compliments all the time. The power hatch is very convenient when my hands are full. The satellite radio with 5.1 surround sound stereo is awesome.
Pros: style and comfort
Advice: Get to know your gas station attendant, you will be seeing alot of them.I absolutely love my 2004 Pacifica.....but it has the worst gas mileage. 13.6 mpg How is that for a gas hog!
Pros: Fun to the nth degree.
Cons: It can feel a little cavernous with the top up (maybe just because it's so awesome with the top down); the fuel economy is a little disappointing; and the trunk design is terrible.
Advice: Buy the 180 HP Touring Edition, Electric Blue. You won't stop smiling if you do.I didn't like the PT hardtop because I just couldn't look at one without seeing Jessica Rabbitt hanging out the window. But when I first saw pics of the new 2005 drop-top, everything changed. It is one of the few disctintive looking cars on the road. After testing it, the Beetle, and the Mini, all of which I like, the PT has loads more room- there's just no reason to buy the Bug or Mini over this. Passengers in the backseat have a blast. Now that I'm an owner, I find myself asking myself, what took me so long to get one?
Pros: The style and comfort.
Cons: Blind spot in rear and clunky transmission.
Advice: Get the reverse sensors for backing and AWD.This car is comfortable, roomy and very solid. It drives well in the rain and snow (AWD). I really like the european feel of the interior and the optional power liftgate.
Pros: Definitely, the overall safeness, and stability it has!
Cons: It didn't have temperature control adjustments for the passengers.
Advice: No advice. Just 'Congratulations' upon the purchase of this amazing vehicle!Upon my experience test driving the Pacifica I found it extremely comfortable no matter where and how I chose to drive it. If it was a weaving experience due to unsafe conditions, to sharp corners the Pacifica was excellent in its handling and overall performance. I like to feel that the vehicle will remain safe, and that you don't feel the vehicle sways in rocky situations (the feeling you are going to tip-over). It has been a vehicle I have longed to test drive since it was available. In the lines of an SUV, I'd have to give from a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate the Pacifica a 12. It drove like a car, with the benefits of an SUV.
