Love this car.
Pros: drives just as smooth as my old Infinity car.
Cons: I wish it had back up camera/ sensor
I thought I was down-grading from my Infinity car but once I got inside this vehicle, it was obvious....no down grading done!Pros: The leather and heated seats
Cons: N/A
Advice: great car
great carPros: 6 leather bucket seats / satellite radio
Cons: nothing
Advice: invest in the leather seating, navigation system, satellite radio, and DVD player, you will be happy you did, it's well worth the money
I brought my 2005 Pacifica new in June 05. It has 33,000 miles and we haven't had any problems. It's a well built car that handles great. We got ours with just about every option minus the sunroof and AWD. It's a great car to go on road trips with. The kids don't fight anymore thanks to the DVD player. The passengers can watch movies from the rear 4 seats or you can plug up a Playstation to it and The Infinity sound system sounds like a theater. The leather seats, navigation system, sound system, and the rest of the options make this an awsome car. I'm glad we didn't buy something else.We also got the tow package and tow our pop up camper down the highway and you can't even tell it's back there. It has plenty of power and it's pretty quick. I don't know what it's governed at, but I've had it up to 120 and it was smooth. It handles really good in all types of weather. This is definately a good car for the money.Pros: Navagation
Cons: Service History I average every 2 weeks at the garage and been to 3 dealer ships
Advice: JUST SAY NO!
Bought a Brand New 06 Pacifica Limited. I have had nothing but troubles. I have this weird check engine light issue that they CAN NOT FIX!!! No lie even got corporate involved, still can not fix it. The light comes off and on, but the computer doesn't read a code. The head liner came apart twice (for no reason. The Throttle body broke was replaced under warranty. Now the Driver side tie rod end is bad after 32,000 miles. The car also deleted all my pre-programmed radio stations, turned the heat up all on it's own. Chrysler gave me a free 100,000 mile warranty but I send more time at the garage with this SUV then I do with my 2002 Ford Ranger with 83,000 miles on it. The vehicle is nice has all the bells and whistles, but there is no quality to it. Thinking of hiring a lawyer to force Chrysler to swap it or by it back from me. At this point I will not buy another chrsyler if this is what expect.Pros: Side curtain airbags and 4 star rollover protection and handles like a car.
Cons: Could use a little more power.
Advice: Take a Test Drive
2005 Touring with 36,100 miles and Flawless performance. 3rd row seats most comfortable of any vehicle on the market. I love the Navigation location because you do not have to look away from the road to use it. The grand kids can watch Movies while I listen to music. The rear view limited, but average for this class of vehicle. The 2007 has a rear view camera option which displays in the navigation screen.Pros: satallite radio
Cons: Blind spots
Advice: none
Very comfortable, and even feels bigger than our mini-van that we traded in.Pros: STYLE
Cons: GAS MILEAGE
Advice: DON'T BUY
I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THIS CAR,I HAVE HAD TO HAVE THE AIR/HEAT FIXED 5 OR 6 TIMES, ALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEM. GAS MILEAGE IS TERRIBLE. OVERALL I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH IT. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS CAR IS THAT IT LOOKS GOOD. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DODGE PRODUCT.
