Pros: only mini van that could tow my boat
Cons: more power
Advice: none buy it you like itWe like are astro, the room inside is the plus factor. we had a dodge durango and it was falling apart.the astro actually towes my boat better. less sway.
Pros: 8 pass seating
Cons: small brake pedal, small footwells.
Advice: get the 2 wd/My first new vehicle! My wife finds the passenger foor well area samll, and the seat does not go back far enough for her. The kids have a hard time getting the side door properly closed or open. It may need to be adjusted by the dealer? I like the looks, although the chassis is dated. Power is adequete, but could be more peppy. The duthc door optionis nice, but hard to open the door when lots of snow/ice around. Overall.. a good truck.
Pros: Excellent traction.
Cons: Little leg and seating room, optional rear window defogger, sluggish and hard on gas.
Advice: I suggest it only for short drivers with short legs who only need it for few local trips.Recently, my car had to get work done. I got this to drive until my car was repaired. The only thing I can say positive for it is, it has excellent traction. But it was lacking the optional rear window defogger. It was harder on M.P.G. than other AWD minivans I have checked on, including the AWD Extended Venture, which also has more room than the AWD Astro. I did not have enough leg or seating room. It was even with the seat back as far as it would go. It had a small brake pedal. Its 4.3L V6 seemed sluggish for its overall size. It may be okay for a person with short legs. But for those with long legs like I have, I suggest the AWD Venture instead.
