What Is BMW ARS?

BMW ARS or Active Roll Stabilization is an active suspension system that is designed to reduce body roll when cornering. The system uses sensors in the vehicle to determine when body roll occurs and adjusts the hydraulic rotary actuators in the anti-roll bars to counteract the roll. The system can adjust both the front and rear anti-roll bars, resulting in more driver confidence, increased comfort, and a car that corners flatter at all speeds.
