"This is the worst dealer I have ever been to. 1. Met by salesperson told IM busy. 2. Stated they had 1 vehicle to show me per my preference. I identified 2 other cars in lot with same features. 3. I asked for their invoice price and what price could they offer. 4. Taken to office, I told them I had visited other dealers. 5. They asked me if I had a trade, what my payment needed to be, asked about financing and what would it take to make a deal right now. 6. I just asked for price, they said they needed a price quote from other dealers before they would give me a price. They asked for business cards from other IM, etc. It just keeps getting worse. Needless to say I never got a price, and I left after wasting more than an hour. Called GM to voice concern, not available, sounds right, never received a call back. Also, the IM never took the time to come and meet me when I made appointment, after several e-mails from IM who had my info in front of him, called me by the wrong name everytime "
