This week had my 350Z in for oil change for $19.95, which I could have taken to the quick oil change shop and spend over $40,00 for the same service. Bobby the service advisor also did a whole car check on my Z. Last week I had the Murano in for the 30,000 mile service and Seneca got me in and out. This is my place to buy, service and recommend."
"Giving them even a half a star is more than they deserve. The worst customer service ever! Once you buy your car with them, consider yourself abandoned. If you have a question or a concern about your purchase they will promise to get back to you the next day and do everything in their power to make the customer happy. But those are empty words. They never call back, what they say they will work on, they never do and their only aim is to "Win the argument' once they have your cash. "
