    2001 Buick LeSabre - Custom

I love this car. I have always had small, compact cars, and although, this is is much larger and does not get as good gas mileage as the smaller vehicles, the comfort and feel of the Buick is overall great!!

    2003 Buick LeSabre

    Extremely nice vehicle

Pros: The combination of sapcious comfortable ride plus gas milage.

Cons: Some of the life span in the trim like the vanity sun visor mirrors....

Smooth ride. Full of comfort. Great stability. Outstanding gas milage. Better milage than my accord. Over 30 MPG in highway driving. GM should make that more known...

This is one of the most dependable cars I have ever owned. Never had any major mechanical problems. Kept it serviced and clean. Very comfortable and excellent gas mileage.

    2004 Buick LeSabre - Limited

Pros: The Heads up display, and the color of the car, the leather seats, love all of it!

Cons: No locking gas cap but that's minor.

Advice: You have to buy it used now like I did, but look for one with low mileage, garage kept, etc.

The Buick Limited is the one to pick not the Custom. I bought mine used with less than 27,000 miles. Has every option except heated seats. Gas mileage is phenomenol-about 33 on the highway and 23 around town. I use the driver information gage to see how to best save on gas-when to accelerate and when not to. It coasts forever once you take your foot off the break. I love all the gages and different ways to adjust for comfort. The trunk is cavernous as well as the back seat.

    2005 Buick LeSabre - Custom

Pros: XM RADIO AND RIDE COMFORT and GAS MILEAGE ON HIGHWAY

Cons: ROTORS WARPING CAUSING VIBRATION (BOUGHT USED)

Advice: CONSIDER YOUR NEEDS FIRST, DO YOU HAVE A BIG FAMILY?

I bought my 2005 Buick Lesabre before the birth of my fourth child. The 2000 Chev Cavalier was no longer adequate as a backup vehicle for my wife's 2002 Honda Odyssey and gas mileage was a consideration as well as safety features. My Buick Lesabre has both traction control and ABS, love these features in the snow or rain (my Cavalier had it and so does the van). The Buick rides smooth and quiet much better than the Honda Odyssey and I appreciate commercial free music of my taste while driving-XM RADIO. I drove the Buick Lesabre on a 356 mile drive from the dealership after topping off tank to where I live and the trip computer estimated 31.8 mi./gal. and when I topped my tank off again and calculated it was about 32.3 mi./gal. This is is excellent gas mileage for a car this size. I do have to complain about city mileage of 16-18 mi./gal. but the van does just as good or worse. If you want gas mileage buy a small car but that is not an option for me since there is 6 of us. My 1999 hyundai accent gets consistently over 32 mi./gal. and as high as 38.6 mi./gal. but it will soon be sold...too exspensive to have 3 vehicles especially when the Buick will get very close to the gas mileage of my HYundai on the highway (Where I drive mostly and traffic is not a problem). I also love the trunk space because I can fit one stroller and one infant carriage and still have room for other items, a plus with a growing family.
